AccountRight Plus 2022.4.0 won't export to Excel
Hi Community I am using AccountRight Plus (AUS) 2022.4.0 and Office 365 for business on Windows 11 Pro. When I try to export an AccountRight report to Excel, the report doesn't export and I don't receive an error message. Basically nothing happens. I am able to export to pdf without any issue. I unistalled and reinstalled AccountRight Plus (AUS) 2022.4.0, but the export to Excel still doens't work. I'm hoping that someone has a resolution to this problem and is able to share it. Using the Export function in Account Right Live, latest version, and the software always crashes. Here's what I'm doing: File->Export Data -> Cards -> Customer Cards -> entered a specific post code to limit the number of cards exported (So that Account Right wouldn't take so long to export, which is a constant issue). And Account Right Live crashes, 100% of the time. Error details available. Screen shots as below.SolvedExporting Cards
Hello, Is there a way, when exporting customer/supplier cards from MYOB, I can filter by "Date of most recent ammendment or First entry date" Also, I have noticed, our customer cards are not marked INACTIVE but when I do download these reports as TXT file, the card status shows N (which means inactive ?) Any help on these would be greatly appreciated. Thank you TalhaSolvedTranspost question on MYOB's Sales Record ID
Hi, I just downloaded trial version for Transpost and have successfully imported into MYOB a simple sale transaction. I have something in mind that involves using Record ID. I noticed that there is no obvious mapping for Record ID or did I miss it. Any help is appreciated.SolvedCANNOT IMPORT SALES Error -25: Invalid amount.
Hi, We are attmepting to import data into a new MYOB AR file which is proving to be quite frustrating. While some files import without error, many of them are subject to "Error -25: Invalid amount." I have attempted to modify various variables/fields to no availl. I also attempted to identify how these failed imports differ from those that were successful. One potential problem cell was the 'discount field' which was filled with negative values. When removed the error message changes to Error -28: Item is not sold. Please see attatched exported file, and the import log. Any solution would be gretaly appreicated.340Views0likes2Comments
