Subscription expired
I tried to log in to the company file today and it told me the subscription has expired. I then paid using the quote reference number as it said I would be able to use the file immediately once i made payment this way but i'm still getting the subscription expired message.Solved699Views0likes2CommentsImpossible to get assistance
We no longer need one of our MYOB account subscriptions and it is impossible to get any help. You would think online where there is a "cancel subscription" button it would then lead you to easily get that done. No, it gives you a generic number to call where you sit on hold for over an hour for the person to just hang up on you.
