Team App not working again
None of my employees have been able to get into the Teams App, they have tried to uninstall and reinstall but a message comes up saying 'A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later' Also when they have to change passwords on a phone and get a verification code and get back to the screen it becomes a bit challenging and frustrating. They seem to have problems with it not working at least monthly, it doesn't make happy teams that is for sure. What is wrong with it and when is it going to get fixed? I have just uploaded my company file online and an error message of InvalidFingerprint (100014) came up and I was unable to log into my file. Hi MYOB support team, We have a new employee who has a higher education loan program. I try to select the tax code with "HELP" but there is not in the tax table description list. Hi , i hope someone can help me with this one. When i compare the STP2 Verification report to my accountright payroll summary report i have a difference. The difference is for an amount of $390.39 which i can identify as a Back Pay paid to 1 employee. This (Back Pay) is in the category for STP2 of Gross payments, why would it be missing off the STP2 Verification report. I have checked and the Payroll report send to STP on the day was accepted. Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me with the Myob team app for my employees. It does not work for some employees. One employee can log on and submit times but not see the times submitted on her phone.
