AccountRight not responding

Any idea why my MYOB AccountRight is taking so long to respond today ? It is happening in 2 separate company files. I click on an Employee card and it takes 5 minutes to open in the meantime I receive a "Not Responding" response.

    Yes, me too. Shut MYOB down & restarted, still to no avail.

      Same here.  MYOB AccountRight not responding over multiple data files.

      has this been rectified yet as ours still isnt working

    We are also having the same problem.    Anyone know if there is a response from MYOB?

  • I am having same problem - i tried using browser its not working either

      I cannot use either. Shut the whole computer down.  Can login then nothing.

       

  • Similar issue here, Trying to open a company card from the Cards list and it is taking forever, 
    but if i open from an invoice its fine , a little slow but not "not reposnding" and 2-3 mins slow 

  • Same here that need Payroll to be ready by 3pm cut-off :smileyfrustrated:

    Have deleted and reinstall the program. Still not responding.

    Have logged out of cloud and logged back in - back to not responding.

     

    Is someone on this yet?

      We have intermittent access now. Takes a few seconds to load. This is better than the complete freeze out.

      Hopefully it's just a glitch.

      Trying also to complete payroll.

      Was also trrying to just "snip the screen of the MYOB outage , but the new version of the snip is **bleep**.

       

  • it happens to me as well. I try to contact MYOB and the waiting time is very long, still on hold with them...already 40 mins on hold
