Hi McBacon, if you are visit myob.com/support you will see in the lower right hand side of the page there is a chat icon. This will initially open our virtual assistant MOCA, but you will provided help or escalated through to our livechat team by MOCA in response to your questions.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for the response again.
I am getting nowhere using the chat function. It is currently 6:18pm and I have received the following message:
"We are currently closed. We're available between 9am - 9pm Monday - Friday. Hope to catch you then!"
The chat should still be open for another 2.5 hours at least.
Is there a phone number or email address you can provide (via private message, if need be).
I really need some assistance with resolving this issue.
