Cannot log in

I cannot log in to my file. It won't go past the enter email and no option to enter the password. I tried restarting my computer with no luck.  Same happens on my other device. Please help as soon...

Hi beccaa1,

I had that problem yesterday morning so I posted on Community and came back a bit later and was then able to log on. At that stage there had been no reply to my post and I don't know if something was fixed by myob or if it happened on it's own accord. Scary though.

I'm able to use the online version of MYOB, it's horrible, but at least I can work

    Hi beccaa1,

    Hopefully one of the myob moderators will get back to you on that one.  I just checked my Account Right version and I'm using the correct one 2023.9.0 but that shouldn't be the problem really.

    Hope you get help soon.
