What ??
We log out at the end of every work day.
We log in every morning.
The process has been the same for the last 8 years of having MYOB.
But now we are not prompted for a password, ever since upgrading to 2023.8.

Thanks for getting back to us. We are sorry that you are having difficulties logging in to your account because it is not prompting you to add your password. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
On this matter, for AccountRight live you may go to Services >> Sign out from AccountRight >> then login again. That will make the system prompt you to add your email address and password when logging in. However, for the browser version, I want to confirm that we have rolled out some changes regarding 2FA. The automatic login is a known feature that has been introduced as an upgraded security measure.

Ok
Following your instructions, that forced a password to be entered.
However, I exited MYOB & then logged back in again & it didn't ask for a password.
So, are you saying that we now have to Click on Services & Sign out from Accountright Live every time now ??
This has obviously been a change with the 2023.8 Update.

You are correct that every time you log out to your AccountRight, you would need to click on Services then Sign out from AccountRight.
