I'm having the same issue today with a client who has moved from ARL to Business Pro.
I've lodged a support request from the partner dashboard.
Have you had this issue resolved yet?

Yes. My issue was resolved by a tech. I had to wait for the response to the support request.
It was quick for this one. Hope yours is too!
