Updating Responsibility

We are updating the responsible accountant for a bulk list of clients. However we don't want to delete the history of the previous accountant responsible. If I do the change under Maintenance -- Responsibility Update will the history be deleted?

  • I do not believe AE keeps any of the "Team" Start/End dates, unless it's hidden somewhere.  It will keep the "Partner" Start/End dates though.

    Thank you for your enquiry. 

     

    Normally when you change any responsibility under maintenance, there will be a record of it under the client's file. Eg:

     

    What Jacksen has said s correct. There's no dates for the Team, but the Partner's Start/End dates will show.
