Super transaction date and bank feed date don't match
Hi,
I processed and authorised super payment on 22/2/24 this usually goes throug same day is fine match and approve in the bank feed. For some reason this debited the following day 23/2/24 and now transaction dates and bank feed dates are out by a day. How do I now match these transactions?

Apologies for the delayed response. You can match transactions with a different date to the bank feed transaction. If your Super payment transactions are not listed, kindly click on "Find," enter the correct date (e.g., 22/2/24) and the amount.
If you still encounter issues, please provide screenshots of the bank feed window and the Super Payments transaction. Ensure that any sensitive information is removed from the screenshots before posting them on the forum.
