If you're using AccountRight, you can export the customer cards by going to File>>Import/Export Assistant>>Export Data>> Export Cards>>Customer cards and then open the exported text file with Excel.

This .txt file can be opened with Excel. Please refer to this Microsoft help article for instructions on how to open .txt files with Excel.
