Logo uploading

When I upload my logo the image is very small. The size slider is already at 100? How can I fix this problem?

    Hi Angela369, 

     

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! To ensure images are best reproduced on your MYOB documents, it’s recommended that any graphic you upload is:

    • a BMP, TIFF, JPEG or PNG file, and
    • less than 2MB in size.

    If the logo size is already set as 100 I'd recommend checking that the image is uploaded in the recommendations above. Also, I'd recommend trying a different browser (preferably chrome)to see if this makes a different.
