Payslips no longer showing YTD earnings

Hi there, 

 

An employee has questioned why their year to date earnings / summary is no longer show on the payslips after the payroll upgrade? 

 

They have mulitple income sources so need to know what they have earnt year to date on a weekly basis and this used to be displayed on their payslips in the summary at the bottom?

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    We appreciate you expressing your concern to us. I understand that the YTD earnings are not showing on the pay slip. This is because in the updated system, this feature is not available compared to the last payroll system. There are no tables that show YTD figures in the pay slip, and there is also no option to adjust on the new system to include the YTD Values. You can check the Reporting >> Reports >> Payroll Activity Report to check on the values, or you can also try to check on the Payroll Summary Report. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    • Hi Celia, 

       

      Can you please advise if this will ever be back on the payslips? and if not, please advise why this is no longer an option? Having to run a report each week is incredibly time consuming.

       

      There are so many negative changes to the new "upgrade" that have just made more work for anyone who has to use the payroll system!

We raise this concern with our product development team for Product Enhancement  to encourage developers to bring back all the features from the old system. However, we cannot provide you with the exact time frame when this will be available again in the system.
