Incorrect myIR login details entered

I have several businesses which I file GST for. I accidently used the wrong login with one business, now I get the error message below. I have cleared the cache on the web browser but I still get the...

Thanks for your post. If you're still having issues with this can you please send me a private message with the below details as I will need to look into this with our specialists:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File name
  • Last 4 digits of the IRD number being submitted 
  • Time of incident 
  • URL at the time of the error (Press F6 in your browser to highlight the URL)
