Customer surcharge on online invoice payment

My customer overseas has contacted me saying they have been charged an extra $18.41NZ for their order.

They paid through the invoice and had calculated the amount but their bank has a pending charge for this much

extra for the MYOB invoice payment. I was not aware of a surcharge on the customers for using the online invoices. Can someone help me with this or is it just the way it is? We do not charge our customers the credit card surcharge and it is not showing on my end yet.

    All sorted. Customers bank account showed an inflated exchange rate but when it was processed it went back to

    what it should have been.
