Drag and drop not working

Hello

 

I'm now unable to drag and drop directly into purchases etc. 

 

I upgraded this week as directed.  Is that causing the problem?

    We didn't have similar reports of this function not working as intended. As it's not working for you, can you try emailing the intray documents and let me know how you go on? I'd also recommend clearing the AccountRight cache as sometimes this issue can be caused due to corrupt cache.

      Thank you Komal.  It's working again now, though I had problems again last week. 

       

      If it happens again I'll clear the cache.
