Error with automatic bank transaction allocation

I've had MYOB allocate some payments automatically, but the payments aren't acutally there and when i try to delete I get the below error, I think its a glitch?

Tryed to ring MYOB, they weren't helpful.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    If you're having an issue deleting the transaction, please check if the transaction has been reconciled and has payment associated to it. You will need to undo reconciliation and delete the payment. Once done, try to delete the transaction. If it still doesn't work, open the transaction from “Find Transaction” tab and try to delete it from there. Lastly, open the transaction from “General Ledger” report and try to delete it.
