Myob business bank reconciliation crashing

Just upgraded to new myob business 

 

never ever done a bank reconciliation in essentials - opening balances never inputted on set up 

 

now when try to do reconciliation it crashes all the time 

 

have done clear cache etc etc 

 

trued Mozilla Firefox , edge, etc and still doesn't work 

 

will a super duper fast internet connection help?

 

thinking I should go sit outside local library for faster speed access ?
