Payables with Tax Report

Question

Hi MYOB&nbsp;I have contacted via chat numerous times but i keep getting disconncted without a solution.&nbsp;I have been 4 hours now on the phone to tech support but still nothing.&nbsp;I can print the Payables with tax report on neither the browser version nor the desktop version.&nbsp;Browse i get a message of "Something went wrong" on desktop version I get "Operation timeout".&nbsp;I can print all other reports and also that report up to 30/11/21 but not later.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have cleared the caches and the browser history. I do not have any zero open invoices and I can not get anyone experienced on MYOB to solve the issue.&nbsp;4 hours on the phone, thats where your customer service is coming to now.&nbsp;I wasted all my day with MYOB and I still dont have a solution.&nbsp;I need that reports, its vevy important for this particular client that has GST only on some items on the invoice and all invoices are mixed of GST free and GST items.&nbsp;

Hi Suera1&nbsp;, if the file is online, can you take a backup, restore it locally and then run the report? I believe there have been other posts about this report.

Thanks Mike&nbsp;I tried that&nbsp;Now instead of timeout I get "No Information to Display"&nbsp;There is defenitly information to display. All other payables reports are fine.&nbsp;I am trying on the AccountsRigh 2022.9 and on the browser version of AccountsRight which comes up "Something went wrong" message.&nbsp;This report is still working fine until 30/11/21 but not after that.&nbsp;Tech still hasnt been able to resolve it.

Thank you James&nbsp;So exporting the Chart of Accounts and re importing it again, worked.&nbsp;The tech guy on the phone was never going to solve this.&nbsp;
