My registers and add jobs and add comments are not working, I have cleared the cache, deleted and re installed Accountright and still no luck.

The log states that your file is currently locked and therefore no operation can be performed. Can you please send me your product serial number by Private Message so I can check what's causing this problem?

Are you getting any error messages while trying to access these windows or are these options greyed out? If possible, please attach the diagnostic log so we can investigate what's causing this. Also, is it happening to the other users in the file too?
Hi, there are no error messages showing and the options are not greyed out, when selecting the option the program thinks about the request and then does nothing. Other user has not been active, sorry.
