Unable to edit contacts
Hi, Since the update last week i am not able to edit any existing contacts. eg phone, email, type etc. They seem to be locked? I can only edit newley created contacts.

Thanks for your post and my apologies for the late response.
Can you please check the user access if you have the access to Edit/Update the Contacts? Everyone who has access to your MYOB business is listed on the Users page, accessed by clicking your business name and choosing Users. Can't see the Users page? Only an Owner, Advisor or Online Administrator user type can access the Users page and add or remove other users

I can access the user page. Most of the page for my self is greyed out and cant be editedted.
The other user with the same permissions is the same. But i can edit my accountants page??? This has changed since being upgraded.

I'm sorry to hear that and thanks for confirming. Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and history or try logging in from a different browser?

No change. It appears to be all data that was brought foward from before the update. Can only edit anything that has been newly created. Items as well as contacts. I am loosing interest now as this is now costing a lot more time in the office on admin than it ever used to.
