Can't Access Employee file

Hi I have notices a few people can't access their employee files. I would like to get help with MYOB as I am having a problem with one staff member. It keeps saying somethings gone wrong.

    To clarify the issue, are you having an error when opening the employee card? Does it shows an error message the same with the screenshot below? If yes, kindly click the View error details as highlighted below. 

     

                                                       

     

    Once you have the error details, to assist you further, send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

      I have another employee I can't access. I have the error code and need help with this please. I ahve attached the error code
