Multiple employee bank accounts

Hi. I am unable to find on the web browser version of MYOB Accountright if an employee has multiple bank accounts that a percentage of their pay can be allocated to another bank account (not a fixed amount). Also when trying to enter a fixed amount to a bank account I am unable to include cents in the amount requested from the employee eg $150.50. Any feedback would be appreciated. John

  • Hi, John-TBP

    Thanks for your post.

If you wish to see if an employee does have multiple bank to allocate their payments with, you can go to Payroll > Employees and then click the employee name > Select Payment details tab. From the window, you should be able to see if an employee does have multiple bank accounts. Regarding your other concern when enterong an amount to a bank account, kindly make sure that the value is set to dollars and not percentage.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance with this.

    Best regards,

    Doreen
