Did they receive any error messages? If yes, kindly attach a screenshot of the error. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum. Also, kindly advise the employees to update the operating system of their phones and then clear the application cache.

I sometime notice with mine an error does flash up but it quickly disappears so can't screen shot it.

They have updated their phone.

How do you clear the application cache?

We have a supervisor who has issues on an ongoing basis with the Team App. he cannot log in to approve timesheets. It freezes when he tries to log in, or if it lets him log in then he doesnt see the timesheets waiting for approval. Some of the staff cannot submit timesheets or they disappear.

He has uninstalled and re-installed the app on his mobile but it doesnt seem to resolve the issue. This is very frustrating and the users are in regional area and have tried at multiple locations to be sure the internet signal is strong but still have issues.

I saw you suggested clearing the app cache, how do they do this? i would have thought uninstalling and re-installing would have cleared any history.

The supervisor has tried clearing the cache a few times and it has not made any diference. the staff are also having trouble trying to submit a timesheet. it is very frustrating and it is pay processing this week?

How will the supervisor have access to use MOCA as they are in a regional area and only have teams app access with MYOB?

I have 3 staff (out of 5) that every week get thrown out of the app and get the attached message.
"A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB teams. Please try again later"

Each week they uninstall, reinstall, change passwords etc etc and no luck using it in 4 weeks.

Also, when it does work, the location and job details are not transferring over to the desktop timesheets. How do I rectify this please?

I started using this program as it was supposed to make everyone's timesheet entry easier and less stressful..

I have never received any help or a solution to this problem.  We tried all the things you mentioned but it just keeps happening. We have given up on the app. MYOB are just interested in taking your subscription and increasing prices for no real support. Can’t even talk to a real person anymore. All software programs are heading this way.  Very disappointed with this program.  I’m sorry I don’t have a solution for you.
