We are currently using two Book keepers for our Business
Both have access to the MYOB file.
We need to register the second Book keeper to Report the payroll to the ATO
The STP is already set up with Bookkeeper 1 reporting to the ATO
How do we give access to the Second Bookeeper to lodge the report, or can we have more than one user on record?
(Apart from Accountans etc)

Thank you for your post. Each person who processes payroll in your company file must add themselves as a declarer. This Help article, Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting has information on how to do this within your file.

The Bookkeeper is already a User.
WIll she just submit the STP as normal?
