Solved

payroll

Hi, I'm running Account Right version 2023.11.0 build 2023.11.1.7

I just reactivated an old employee (his last pay with us was 12.2022) and while myob has allowed me to enter his timesheet, it won't allow me to pay him; his name doesn't appear in Process Payroll.

In Process Payroll,
*his name doesn't appear in 'Process individual employee'
*his name doesn't appear in 'Process all employees paid'
*his name DOES appear in 'Unprocessed Timesheet report'

*I've rebooted myob.
*I've deleted and re-entered his timesheet
*I've checked and rechecked that I've set the correct timesheet dates.

Could someone please get back to me today?  This person's pay is due today.

  • Hi, AshleyR

    Thanks for your post.

Generally, an employee is not showing up when processing payroll because a termination date has been entered. You may need to check the employee card file to make sure there is no termination date. To do this, go to Card File > Cards List > Employee tab > Payroll Details > Clear the Termination Date > Click OK.

Should you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
