Read Only- I need help ASAP

We have updated our payment information and there are still issues with our account.

I can only have a read only file. This has happened a few times since we updated our information.

Can someone please help. I need this fixed today as I have an annual leave payment that needs to be processed today.

    So I can take a look into this for you. Can you please send me a private message with the following information: 

            * Serial number
            * Company name
            * Email Address and Full name

      Hello,

       

      The online version is still read only and the desktop version will not let me confirm the file and kicks me out.
