STP for offline database HELP

We had to move 1 of our online MYOB databases offline back in March which i migrated 59 staff over to the new online MYOB databases.

I now can't finalise the end of year payroll in the old database due to no longer being online.

The ATO has told me to contact MYOB but the STP phone line is down so i can't get it sorted. 

Apparently i might be able temporaily put the old database online to finalise the payroll to be tax ready. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
