I need to pay for a employee super. Jan Feb and March. All that time he was with BT Super now he has changed to a different super. I paid everyone else on 28th but just got his new Super details today. When I go to pay him after I have changed hi details his name is not sitting in the pay super for those months. Its as if it is sitting in BT Super holding account. How do I pay him his super?

This can happen if Pay super using AccountRight is not ticked for the fund assigned to the employee under LIsts>>Superannuation funds. Therefore, please ensure it is ticked. Let us know if the employee still does not appear,
