BAS Lodgement rejected

Hi,

I just lodged two IAS (April and May) successfully, but then went to lodge my June BAS and it was rejected... Here is the message I received:

 

Activity statement has been rejected by the ATO
Payment amount: $xxxx • Receipt timestamp: 2021-08-26T07:39:39
BPAY biller code: 75556 • Customer reference number: xxxx
Error
We experienced an unanticipated failure while communicating with the Agency.

Additional detail has been logged. Please contact MYOB support for assistance.

Error Code: 753cb1c193614ced8e7e4eefb26d5bc2bfdfdbabf2e491531f2a8002d0b26eb2

    It was resolved, MYOB didn't know anything about it so sent me to ATO - after an hour waiting on the phone with them they finally talked to me and reissued my BAS and I lodged it straight away.

    I beleive it was a connectivity error at the time.

      Afternoon,

       

      I just had the same rejected error with my BAS, I have tried ringing MYOB support 3 times, but I just get the message they are busy and I am cut off. 

       

      How can I contact MYOB to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

        Thank you for your post. Can I please confirm if you're lodging the bas online ? If you are, can you please attach a screenshot of the error so I can investigate further with our teams.
