Cannot log in - Backup in Progress

Hi 

I am getting the above error message and cannot access MYOB.

I can't call the helpdesk to fix this as they don't open till 9am.

Is there anyway my file can be reactived so I can access it.

    Hi annbrinck,

     

    I noticed you're having trouble with your file getting stuck in backup.

     

    No worries, I've gone ahead and sorted out your file in the background. Just give your computer a quick refresh and reopen the file, and that backup process hiccup should be all sorted out now.

      I appreciate your post. I've reset your company file back to active. Kindly log out of the account and log back in to see if the issue persists.
