Changed email and account was blocked

I changed the email address in our account & the account has been blocked.  I can't get in with the old email or new & passwords don't work either.

Cannot get anyone on the phone

    • Full name and the updated email address
    • Previous email address
    • Serial number
    • A screenshot of the error message you're encountering
