Hi Everyone,
Thanks for reaching out.
I've spoken to the banking team and have been advised there are bank feed delays from
Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Once I have an ETA on when this will be resolved I will update this post.If you are with a different bank, please advise which bank.- ZoranNCover User

MYOB could we please get an up date on the bank feed situation please..... its quite frustrating..... TIA

MYOB techinical support have advised that they anticipate to have this fixed by COB Friday at the latest.

Bank feeds have not refreshed for 2 days now ?
Hi,
I'm having issues with bank feeds not updating since the 15th of Feb. Is this an issue with MYOB or Commbank?
When im on the bank feed page the it tells me the it is the closing account ballange as of the 15/02, when i check the bank feed status under manage bank feeds is says bank feed ready.

Not updating on mine either and we are with Westpac.
Error message in MYOB says "Only authorised administrators of blah blah."
I am logged in as the one and only administrator.

Hi ICT-1
If you are encountering that message I would make sure that you are entering the email address when signing in/when prompted using lower case i.e. email@email.com instead of EMAIL@EMAIL.COM
Should that situation not be resolved then we do recommend starting a new post on this Forum so the MYOB Community can investigate further into that situation.
