I am unable to send private message to princess regarding login issue

I am unable to message Princess_R 

I was told to do the following 

 

If David is still encountering the error message, it may be a complex issue that requires further investigation. Please ask David the following questions in a friendly manner:

  • When did the error message first appear?
  • Does the error message occur after linking User ID: Administrator? If so, please ask him to use "Administrator" as the user ID and leave the password blank.
  • Ask David to log in to app.myob.com and provide us with a screenshot once he receives the error message. This will help us identify the problem and assist him more effectively.

I would also recommend that David directly reach out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website. If MOCA can't help, he'll be automatically directed to our live chat team.
