Bank Feeds: Show bank transactions over fair use threshold

As there is a threshold of how many bankfeeds we are permitted for free before we are charged, I believe that all MYOB account holders would benefit from a little notification on the bank feeds screen that advises the user of how many "free" bank feeds are remaining on our account for the reporting month.  There are many companies that offer this service to assist the user with managing their expenses.  I believe that this is a necessary feature for any user using the bank feeds feature
