Card: Employee - Bank statement text for each bank account

Is there a way that you can do a different bank statement text for each employee bank account?

For example, an employee may have their wages going into 3 different bank accounts (sometimes directly to their rent account), and this requires a specific bank statement text for their real estate agent. It means I have to put this code as the bank statment all 3 of their accounts, rather then being able to have a different one for rent, different one for wages etc

Hello,

When entering an employee card details for their pay - there are up to four (4) available accounts to be able to distribute different amounts into separate accounts which is great but only has one (1) STATEMENT TEXT on the first account so that whatever is typed in there appears the same on all the receiving accounts.

Sometimes employees need to pay debts to Child Support or Centrelink that require a REFERENCE NUMBER at their end so that the funds can be allocated correctly but the same STATEMENT TEXT appears that is placed into the first account causing them confusion and issues.

The only way that this can be achieved correctly is by eft'ing manually.

I was wondering why MYOB doesn't have STATEMENT TEXT on all four accounts so that relevant information can be inserted.

Thank you for your suggestion, I can see how this would be helpful for clients like yourselves that have employees with more than one bank account listed in the card file.

If you would like a statement text per bank account in the card file please do cast your vote and leave any comments relating to the idea.

This suggestion was back in 2015.  Any progress?  It would be very helpful as we have employees that have weekly payments to child support that have to have a reference number and then to other accounts that need a different reference number.
