The nature of our business is such that our repeat customers move on a regular basis and change their addresses every 12mths upwards.  We have 2 options. 1 is to use the old card and update their details which means we lose the previous addresses competely.  2 is to set up a new card with the new address and keep the old card on the system which means we can have multiple cards for long term customers which just clogs up the system and is confusing.   My suggestion is to add a link from the new card to the old card by way of a "more info "tab or link and so the  card on the system is the current card but has access to past info.   This would be an invaluable business tool for us.

Hi @jennypl Thanks for the feedback in regards to the AccountRight program. I would encourage other users that would like to see this idea including in future releases of the program to vote and comment for thise idea if required A possible workaround would be option 1 would be go the Card file>>Cards Lists>>Select the required card>>Select the Profile tab and then use the Location and copy and paste the address from address 1 to address 3 for previous address. This will free up Address 1 for you create as the new address on the card.
