Export purchase invoice to Excel

I need to export 2 long Buyer Created purchase invoices to Excel. How do I do that as the only option I can see is to print and if I try and export a pdf to Excel it doesn't work.

Hi Judy01, I'm not sure what format you need, but have a look at the Import/Export wizard, on the File menu. You can export Purchase transactions into a txt file, and then open that up in Excel. You can filter by date during the Export process, and delete unwanted lines in Excel.

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties exporting purchases from your file. In my understanding, you export your purchases from your file by printing them. As mentioned by Mike_James, you can export the purchase transaction as a text file and open it from Excel. I suggest reading through this article, Importing and Exporting Data.
