Payroll overpayment

Good morning,   I would like to seek advice as how to fix overpayment on final pay please.   I paid 'unused annual leave 288 hours' and 'unused long service leave 454 hours' but mistakenly also p...

    Hi Ly 

     

    The FBT year spans two financial years. In that FBT screenshot you've got:

    Financial year 2021/22 - 01/04/2022 - 30/06/2022 $3,666

    Financial year 2022/23 - 01/07/2022 - 08/11/2022 $12,220

    Total for the FBT year is $15,886

     

    The payroll and STP reports are for this financial year only so are reporting $12,220.
