PAYROLL - APPLICATION OPERATION TIMES OUT WHEN RECORDING A PAY RUN

Need Urgent Assistance Please!

 

Payroll is processed and at the last phase of recording the pay run and creating a bank file to upload to bank.

 

Every time I do so, the application operation times out.

 

I have rebooted the system, kicked off all users, internet connection working, no upgrades or restoration taking place.

 

Can someone please explain what is causing this and how it can be fixed.

    The error message you're encountering typically shows up when you're modifying a previously saved pay run. Our suggestion would be to discard the saved pay run and start the process anew.

     

    If the issue persists even after following these steps, we encourage you to share with us your most recent diagnostic log. This will allow us to delve deeper into the root cause of the error message.

      Hi Apple24 

       

      If reply by Genreve_S does not solve the issue, see this post for payroll issues. You may need to process in smaller batches to avoid timeout issues. Also ensure if using the desktop application you apply the timeout extender.
