Unable to Export Reports to Excel

Hi Since the last MYOB update I have been unable to export my MYOB reports to excel. Microsoft doesn't have any updates available. Being able to export to Excel is a crucial part of our business. ...

    Hi ANCCranes,

     

    Thanks for your response and the diagnostic log. 

     

    I checked on this and I found some errors on how Excel is communicating with AccountRight. 

     

    I would suggest downloading Quick Repair Office from the Microsoft website and running it to fix the issue with Excel. If this does not solve the issue, we will need an IT person to re-register the DLL files for Excel and/or check the registry values of the computer for Excel.
