Can't access billing information to pay for our account

Today I received a Subscription update required notice, stating that MYOB is having problems processing the payment...
I find quite funny as we have always done an electronic transfer as a yearly payment so not quite sure what the message is referring to, anyway I have tried to obtain a downloadable copy of this Invoice but the Billing section on our Account is stating that we have no access although I am the main admin person.

 

I sent a message to support some 5 hours ago and still waiting - can anybody please help?

How do we get in contact with the office, I have now been sent a notification that payment has not been made and that a $10 fee will be added everytime payment is not received - still no response from my direct support notification other than being issed with a Case ID No. 

Crazy way to operate a business - customer service not a priority!

So just on update for everyone, MYOB refuses to send me an Invoice so that I can conduct an Electronic Transfer
