Hi KarenHall , are you able to post the log file and perhaps the actual file being imported? Note this is a public forum, so anonymise the data if needed.

      Hi KarenHall, 

       

      Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

       

      This import error generally is caused by how the column's numbers are formatted. I recommend going through the 'format cells' option and choosing the option like this screenshot. 

      Doing this will likely remove the import error.
