I have been trying for hours to import a text file for item purchases and consistently receive the above error number. I have exported a current file and have used the same format. I was able to import a purchase order with one line item, yet every one since with more than one line item is rejecting with this error. Can anyone help urgently please?

Hi @KarenHall , are you able to post the log file and perhaps the actual file being imported? Note this is a public forum, so anonymise the data if needed.

Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.
This import error generally is caused by how the column's numbers are formatted. I recommend going through the 'format cells' option and choosing the option like this screenshot.
Doing this will likely remove the import error.
