MYOB User

I have been using MYOB for many years. Recently I changed from MYOB Business and MYOB Essentials to one product that does both. It has been very challenging. I especially dislike the invoice template and not being able to produce one that is suitable for the business I am in. MYOB has a very complicated setup.

      Hi Hannah,

       

      There is not enough options to create our own invoice.

      Compared to our old MYOB which was so much easier.

       

      Being a specialist (psychiatry) we need to have certain details on our invoice, such as:

      1. Provider number
      2. AHPRA number

      We would also like to set out the header to our own design.

       

      Another thing that we are struggling with is being able to put the necessary information on the  “card”.

      Especially when we are invoicing Insurance companies for workers compensation patients.

      Eg: Referring Doctor’s details, claim number, name.

        Hi, Diddee. Thank you for providing this information. 

         

        Are you using MYOB Software? If yes, here are the steps on how to customize your invoice:

         

        1. Go to the Setup menu and choose Customise Forms. The Customise Forms window appears.
        2. Click the Invoices tab on the left.
        3. Click the type of invoice form you want to customize (Service, Item, Professional, etc.). The forms for that invoice type will be listed.
        4. Select the form you want to customize then click Customise. The form opens, ready to be modified.
        5. Customize the form to suit your needs.
