Considering starting online invoicing - any advice and suggestions for the following queries would be appreciated:
1. Do all invoices have to be sent online?
2. Do all invoices have a "pay now" button
3. Does the money go directly into the bank account?
4. Are you able to choose payment methods?
And any other information
