Receiving payments via credit card only not working

I am trying to receive a payment for an invoice online, the client can only pay this way being Government, however, both herself and myself when trying to do this receive an error that -

paynow.pmnts.io is blocked

paynow.pmnts.io refused to connect.

ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE
 
I have tried 3 different browsers so unable to work this out.

    We understand you're trying to receive online payment from a government client through paynow.pmnts.io, but both you and your client are encountering an error message stating "paynow.pmnts.io is blocked" and "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE.". This can be frustrating, especially since online payment is the preferred method for your client. 

     

    To correct the situation, please try using a different device or computer. Also, make sure the firewall is off, as this may block the website where you are trying to process the payment.
