Unable to drag and drop invoices into In Tray

This problem has been going on for days now - can someone please respond as to what is happening. I can still save the documents over and then "Add Document" but that's a pain.

I have read a response from MYOB on MOnday, if you drag the entire email across to the intray it will upload the documents (PDF's) you are trying to drag and enter...

Can't get it to work here either.... with all these continuing issues, I sometimes wonder why I persist with MYOB.  Happy to take our money, but has an inferior product.  Woman Frustrated

I'm also having issues with draging invoices to the In Tray and also to the Spend Money Attachments. 

Very frustrating.

Looks like any attachment goes across -  including our jpeg company email footer! but deleting that is quicker than downloading all the wretched invoices and adding them in.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problem dragging and dropping documents to InTray. Could you please confirm that this only occurs to you when dragging attachments directly from within an email? 

 

If so, we've received similar reporting very recently. As @ShellyA kindly mentioned, dragging the entire email into InTray would work (which uploads all attachments within the email); dragging and dropping documents from local computer or emailing documents to InTray also works as usual. 

 

Our teams have been notified and are currently looking into this matter. There were no recent changes made to InTray's back end so this could be caused by an environmental change. Could you please let us know the following information so we can investigate it further?

 

- When did it last work for you?

- How are you viewing the email, is it via a web browser or an email client (e.g. Outlook)? 

- If using Outlook, what is the build number? It can be located via File > Office Account from the left panel > About Outlook. If you are using a different email client, please let us know the name and version as well.

- Which Windows are you using? And was there any recent updates installed? Here is where you can check the update history in Windows 10. A screenshot of the update history would be much appreciated.
