Refund of Franking Credit Returns being rejected by ATO

We have had a number of 2022 Refund of Franking Credit Returns rejected by the ATO due to the interest income being less than the ATO has information for. Obviously when preparing this form, there is no option to complete these fields.

The rejection error is CMN.ATO.IITR.EM0070.

How do we get these returns lodged, without having to prepare a full tax return?

This is a known issue from the ATO end and they have added this to their known issues list and are working to resolve it.

You may have to lodge the full Tax return as per the ATO instructions below.

Might be an ATO known issue but impacts on MYOB lodgement & would save at least some calls to support.
