Updated Live Chat hours for Partner Support on SME Products
We're always looking for ways to support you better and save you time. Our Live Chat usage numbers show us that you need us most Monday-Friday, not on the weekends.
Therefore to increase our coverage when you need us most, from the 4th of September 2023 we are shifting our resources towards Monday to Friday to help answer any Partner support questions on SME Products during the below hours:
AU: 7:00am -7:00pm AEDT Monday to Friday.
NZ: 9:00am - 9:00pm NZDT Monday to Friday.
